Ferrybank U11 Hurling Report - 27/02/15

Another feast of hurling tonight and despite the wind and rain the Under 11 Ferrybank hurlers did us proud. The tenacious spirit and the teamwork of the lads was on show for all to see. Ferrybank soared ahead with an early goal, but Clonea came back with an equaliser towards the end of the first-half.
Ferrybank pushed on and gained 3 more points. Clonea tried to claw back a score but the concrete defence proved too much for them and our really young keeper (9 year old Caolan) kept them at bay. This was a most balanced gamed and thanks to both teams for the effort put in and the manner in which they played.

Next games are for our under 10 (those born 2005 & 2006)
·         Friday 6th March at Carriaganore (time  will be give out at training on Tuesday at 7pm)
·         Friday 13th March at Carriaganore
